Ristoranti a Louth

We enjoyed an excellent lunch of cottage pie and Doddington burger. Both dishes were accompanied by generous portions of kitchen garden vegetables/salad and were delicious. Glasses of Sangiovese were a very good match for the food. Too full to have a dessert, we opted for a coffee and mince pie. It is well worth reserving a table in the restaurant. Although there is inevitably some noise from the cafe below, this was not intrusive. Views of the lake and beyond to open countryside provide a very pleasant backdrop to any meal. Service was both friendly and efficient.

Service was excellent from the start. Treated like VIPs. Menu was very good, good value and the food,was well oresented and delicious. A birthday card was also presented to our grandson. The ambience and surroundings were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will be returning.

Food was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. The homemade caramel vodka was amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. OLÉ!!!

Always a good experience at the Farmhouse, the steak and venison pie is really very good !!

We came on Wednesday 2nd October in the evening after a recommendation from someone in the village and had such a lovely experience. We both had the rump steak and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The member of staff on shift was excellent so friendly and attentive. We had our newborn so eating out can be a bit stressful but were made to feel welcome and looked after. Great value for money we’ll be back soon.
