We eat at this establishment several times a year and each time is consistent with the next. From the white staff, the food, the timing and above all the service. It has always been great no matter how busy they are.

The standards expected from Gordon Ramsay Steak was expected. My wife and I have been to 2 of his other restaurants in Vegas, and here in Lake Charles shows, the reputation follows the name. Great place, better service.

Food was good. Only compliant is the French Dip sandwich was mostly bread and minimal roast beef.
