It’s a bleak area of grim row houses in the shadow of hulking shipyards, but I found us an orchid of a restaurant poking out of the muck. We supped on fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta, fresh bread with garlicky olive oil, and halibut oreganato over sumptuous couscous. Then coffee and homemade tiramisu.
