(We understand that the service is not always quick and efficient, but we had a great dining experience.) There is a modest "Beautification Fee" added onto your bill. It was Valentine's Day and we were seated way ahead of others who had to wait more than an hour per the hostess. We'll worth doing. The food was a little salty so next time we'll tell them to restrict it some. Good food - good service - good ambiance.
