The Noodle Bar is a casual Asian bistro that combines Eastern culinary styles to offer an array of authentic and contemporary dishes.
Spicy and subtle, the yin and yang of Asia’s great culinary art awaits your chopsticks at the Noodle Bar- a Asian Bistro offering an array of sumptuous Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese cuisines.
Authentic menu items delicately prepared will please any discriminating customer. Favorite appetizers are Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Shrimp Shumai, Seol Wings and Crispy Duck Bao Buns. Stir fry entrees include Beef Chow Fun, Chicken Pad Thai, General Tso’s Chicken, and Clams in Black Bean Sauce. Noodle Bowls made with variety of savory broths include Seafood Jamppong, Shrimp Tom Yum, Hong Kong Porkand Pho Ga. To round out the Asian eating experience, guests will be encouraged to try the Noodle Bars signature double creamed giant fortune cookie.

                                                                    I absolutely love this place for Sunday brunch! The view of the mountains is breathtaking, especially if you can snag a spot on the balcony. The food selection is incredible, with something for everyone. I highly recommend making a reservation to get your preferred time. This spot is truly a hidden gem in the valley, and I can’t wait to come back!

                                                                    When I arrived, the hostess was very confused that I had a reservation, however, she did locate it and seated me at the bar. While seated at the bar, I was able to see the sushi chefs preparing sushi orders, which was interesting. Service was very good. My waitress was very friendly and it made the experience very pleasant. I ordered the Orange chicken and fried rice. It was not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The only way I can describe it is a glorified Panda Express; it was at that level. So if you like the Americanized version of Chinese food, you will enjoy this food. The sushi looked very good and although I didn’t order any, it made me want to order some. I will definitely have to try some next time as the Chinese food was not astonishing. I also ordered a cocktail, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice, pleasant dinner at the casino.

                                                                    I made reservations for 5:00 pm and was seated at that time but our menu selections were coming out much later then others seated after us . Our food was ordered after receiving our drinks which was five minutes after being seated and food didn't come until 30 minutes after that . So the moral of this sharing is why make a reservation!!!!!!!🙁🙁

                                                                    Love going to the Noodle Bar for dinner. Food is good, nice assortment on the menu. Service is usually good. The Noodle Bar has become our go to place every Friday evening. Staff is friendly.

                                                                    Never again will i go to this place some tribe members came in using F -word plus much more and drunk .. i asked management to please ask them to do something they told me they could not do a thing ! said they would move me .. i said hell no why cant you move them the manager walked away from me a second manager came to my table asked what was wrong i told him and again they wanted to move me .. Never did any staff tell these loud people anything ! Very upset over there poor CUSTOMER SERVICE
