It was so cold. We were placed on the outer edge of the outside space. No real heater and they wouldn’t seat us inside. Miserable!

Hugo was excellent and food and ambiance wine all wonderful! Great value! It was a birthday celebration and the free dessert was delish!

This was my first and last experience at North Italia. My mom and I sat at the bar and were ignored by the bartender for about 10 minutes. We asked for water and he promptly said “I will get to it”. We then asked for a table and our waitress was extremely rude. She took our order and never came back. My mom waited to order wine for about 30 minutes until she came back. Once the food was ordered and delivered we never saw her again. I will never return. The service was horrible and the staff was extremely rude.
