                                                                                                                                                                              Had a birthday reservation- Server didn’t even welcome us or show any emotions. We could barley hear him when he took our drink/food order. We waited an hour for our food to arrive, although this wasn’t our servers fault, he never came to check on us and apologize for the delay. We wanted to have dessert to celebrate two birthdays but we were never offered a menu and instead just received the checks. No thank you or proper farewell from our server, but we weren’t surprised because he barley even came to the table during our visit.

                                                                                                                                                                              We have always enjoyed North Italia in Tucson, but our last visit was disappointing. They were out of all seafood and fish choices. Our waiter said their usual seafood delivery truck did not make its delivery on that day. We were not told this fact until after we had looked over the menu and made our selections. So consequently we had to review the menu and make alternative choices He also seemed very distracted. Once we made our selections it took over 45 minutes before our food came. Hopefully things will be better when we visit again in the future.

I can’t remember her name, but she was wearing purple. She gave great recommendations, and gave exceptional service!

                                                                                                                                                                              Had to wait outside 10-15 minutes for a table upon arrival with a reservation on Sunday morning. They only had a couple of tables seated and were totally disorganized. We were just about to leave when a person came to seat us. French toast was too sweet. Coffee was cool, not warm or hot and you had to ask for a refill. Americano breakfast was good … yummy hash browns.
