Nostrana—literally ours—invokes local. Simple food from honest ingredients. Pure, regional, Italian. Opened in 2005, Nostrana is Chef/Owner Cathy Whims’ love letter to Italy. This is a restaurant built on relationships: with our amazing farmers and purveyors, our dedicated staff, and of course with you, our guest.

We hope to offer something timeless and authentic in a beautiful space, the regional specialties of Italy deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. We strive to be better every day.

We're currently reserving indoor tables and bar seating. When available, outdoor patio reservations may be subject to weather disruptions.

A Service Charge of 22% is applied to all checks at Nostrana, providing a professional and equitable wage for all team members.

    Bespoke (Fully) Private Dining in our cozy, modern mezzanine at Enoteca Nostrana. Located directly next door to Nostrana, Enoteca boasts a two-story glass cellar of wines and a modern style, offering a bright and inviting space for gatherings of all kinds. (Unlike our Semi-Private Experience, this option provides an exclusive space reserved just for your party.) Private dinners are comfortable for small groups or seatings up to 30. Seated dinners are most common private dining experience and feature family-style plating of classic Nostrana dishes and service for an Italian feast. Alternatively, standing-room parties feature buffet-style plating rich with antipasti. Our Events Team will reach out to discuss menu selections for your party and other details. The price reflected on OpenTable reflects the deposit due hold the room. Final costs depend on party size, menu selections, and add-ons. Booking here will place a hold on our private room.     Was so excited to try Nostrana! Ambiance and environment was warm and inviting. Staff was nice and caring. Food was pricey and came to the table just under warm. Flavors were good. Radicchio salad for the win.

    Everything we tried was absolutely amazing. The ambience inside was beautiful. Great service and we had a great anniversary dinner because of choosing Nostrana.

    The capellini with № 3 tomato butter sauce is not to be missed. Even if it’s not on the menu, it always available. Ask your server. A meal at Nostrana is not complete without this dish!

    I've eaten at Nostrana a half dozen times over the past 15 years. This particular experience suggested a new era of stuffiness not part of the Nostrana I've visited earlier. E.g., the text message reminding me before arrival that I have 90 minutes to do my dining experience. (I was out in 65.) The service was excellent, people were nice. The new Nostrana seems to be one of those places where their price structure is so tight that a $32 plate of pasta (good sauce) cannot be accompanied with a few slices of bread unless you want to pay extra for it. I've eaten at lots of ristoranti nostrani in Italy, and (so far) always been given bread with a pasta meal.
