This was a Christmas Eve "experience". It was $100/pp and only three courses with 2 options for starter, 3 options for main, and 1 option for dessert. The service and ambience were excellent and food decent but what a disappointment in the choices and food for the price.

The initial seating arrangement was extremely bad.After our complaints,some time and the willingness of the lady in charge,we were seated in a decent table.Not acceptable for the kind of restaurant and hotel

The service wasn’t great. We were forgotten about. Things we asked for were forgotten or didn’t come. My husbands entree was cold. It was not a fairmont experience.

Beautiful place with great selection of brunch buffet. Food was very fresh and promptly filled. Roast beef and the cold dishes are our favs! Service was also excellent. Only small thing was there were crumbs of food on the chairs and floor around our seating (probably from previous party that was missed). Very busy Sunday so understandable.

A very nice dining experience. We had not eaten in the Vancouver Hotel for years. The food was tasty and well presented. Reasonable cost. Our waiter Stephen was very good, paid us the right amount of attention without rushing us. A return is planned.
