A very lovely dinner place but can get very busy so make reservations ahead of time. We came on Valentine’s day so it was packed but the food was still delicious and service was really trying to keep up with high demand. They didn’t forget any of our order and they were very kind.

We thought we were lucky to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day. The wait was so long even with a reservation. There were people in line ahead of us who were seated before us without a reservation. By the time we got to the front of the line we were 20 mins past our reservation time. The hostess told us we would have to wait as there were no tables available. We told her that she just let the couple in front of us be seated who did not have a reservation. And they even said they didn’t have one. And that we saw that she did not verify anyone’s reservations by names. We asked her what was the point of making a reservation if she was just seating anyone in line. She got upset and said they overbooked and that they don’t have a list of guests who made reservations. What kind of service is that? Another lady stepped in and told us that there’s a table in the lounge if we wanted it. We took it as we’ve been waiting and service was horrible and slow. One waitress serving that entire area by herself. Food was okay and drinks tasted so watered down. We will not be coming back here.

Valentine's Day - the Restaurant was very busy - Our reservation was honored almost immediately. We dined on Lobster Raviolis, a Seafood Cocktail and Fries. Everything was delicious and Carmen provided great service.

Never going to try again. Host was rude. Sat down over 30 minutes and no service. Walked out.

The food was great! Service was terrible! Not enough staff for a busy Saturday night! Our waitress was serving way to many tables! Mistakes were being made because of that! And the wait for everything from bread to main course was long! Defiantly like it used to be! But the food was awesome when we got it!!

Reservations definitely needed, and as they are updating their system, encouraged to verify. Menu was just right. Calamari appetizer was breaded and done correctly! I ended up with Shrimp scampi over linguine - delicious. Fish and chips - large haddock, gumbo was a huge bowl over perfectly done rice - food was great! Staff was jumping, it was a busy Saturday night, and still managed to keep things moving. Thanks for an enjoyable evening, we will return!

Our waitress, Fiona, was excellent! Super friendly and very attentive. Shrimp scampi was served nice and hot.

We went to Oyster Bar for my husband’s birthday. He had the combo pan roast and I had linguine and clams with white sauce. Both were delicious and would return. The only disappointing part was they no longer serve the house dressing for the salad. Titania was an excellent server. She was prompt in taking our order and delivering our hot dishes. She also had a good sense of humor while still being professional. We will make sure to site in her section again.

Overall a great value for seafood selections. Not the very best quality but for the price and the portion size not bad for a family dinner in Reno. Decent wine list at a fair price point. Very friendly staff.

The service was excellent. The food was very tasty the waitress paid close attention to our needs the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyed. The cost was reasonable and we had good portions. Left overs and no room for desert. Thank you.
