   The food was superb. Staff very attentive but you wouldn’t know they were there. We will be back A hidden gem Always do the city centre or finnieston and forget about the west end. We had the perfect early evening meal before the hydro.

   Really delicious lunch and superb value for the set menu. The prosecco and wine were all lovely. The chicken with thai green curry sauce and coconut rice was full of flavour and my husband’s pork belly was melt in the mouth. Thank goodness we got the cauliflower cheese extra - it was amazing! Both desserts were brilliant. I love rhubarb and my vanilla bavarois with rhubarb and granola was so so good. My husband loved his chocolate mousse. And a delicious cortado to finish off. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

   This is a small restaurant. Very friendly, polite staff. The table service is great. The set meal menu is small. The food is fantastic, with something for everyone’s taste. We tried getting a table for the evening and struggled. We were happy taking a table for lunch. Once you’ve been you will understand why people are booking to come back. If you haven’t been already ask yourself why?

   What a hidden gem this is. I took my parents here a little last minute and we could not have higher praise for the wonderful cooking and front of house hospitality. Loved every minute and mouthful! We very much look forward to our next visit.

   Outstanding meal. We had olives with parmesean shortbread, mushroom pate with sourdough bread pickled onions and tarragon, pea soup (tdf). Next the Scottish beef loin with hash brown potato and the most incredible tomatoes I've ever had. Topped off with a dark chocolate desert and scotch from an extensive selection. House wine with the meal was lovely as well. Very small charming venue with impeccable food. I would definitely recommend!

    Quality of food good and portions plenty. Good combinations of taste. ChocolTe fondant in particular delicious. As was stone bass. Chose a la carte me u. Nice cosy but comfortable space upstairs considering how busy Gt. Western Rd. Is outside and quiet too. Had a little mishap with one of drinks. Server was very nice about it, and in general, and it was promptly and generously dealt with.
