Great food as always but the portion sizes were small, almost like tasting menu size but with a starter, main and desert. Hogmany menu, £55 per person

Second time visiting Number 16 and it yet again did not disappoint. Such a relaxed atmosphere created for a place thats serving some of the most delicious food out there. Festive menu offered great variety for all. Cooked to perfection. Service was superb. All around great place for a special occasion. Will be back soon.

Wow… the food & experience was amazing not rushed only a few tables on the ground floor unsure how many was upstairs but couldn’t be more than 3. the waitress was amazing & extremely friendly… there wasn’t anything I could complain about …food was exceptional… 3 courses & didn’t feel that stuffed way after which was a bonus… if you haven’t tried here then it’s a must +++++

First time we have been to No16 and it was really lovely. We were on the derive menu but don’t be fooled that this is in some way restrictive or mass produced. Choice was fine and covered all tastes and the food it self was presented fresh and individual. We really enjoyed our evening.

We had a delicious lunch from the Christmas menu. All four of us enjoyed the soup (you cannot beat soup as a starter at Number 16 - I’ve not had a poor one yet!) and turkey with all the trimmings. Our meals were rounded off with 2 x cheese, a chocolate pave and a coconut panna cotta. Again, all were delicious. Staff were great, as always, and the atmosphere was lively with all diners sporting their hats from the Christmas crackers. A fabulous, family lunch!
