Our family has been skiing in SLC for years and we always plan at least one dinner at the Oasis Cafe. They never disappoint. The location, atmosphere, service, and menu is always delightful. On this trip the beet tower and the grilled salmon with honey polenta cake were incredible. Don't forget to do some browsing at the new age bookstore and gift shop that shares the property after dinner.

I have been coming to this place for years! The food and service wonderful. Every time some one comes to see us here in Salt Lake City and get nothing but wonderful comments!

Excellent service, food & ambience. Suggest you make reservations since they can get quite busy during peak service hours. The prices were very reasonable. It is one of our favorite restaurants especially since they offer gluten free options!

We always enjoy breakfast at Oasis Café, and this visit was no exception! We started with a refreshing San Pellegrino and a V8, setting the tone for a great meal. I had the Lux Salmon Crustinis with a side of poached eggs, and everything was perfectly prepared. My other half went with the Oasis Omelette, and the potatoes were absolutely delicious—crispy and seasoned just right. The service was friendly and efficient, and even though there was a wait for breakfast, we had a reservation and were seated immediately. We’ve also been here for dinner, and everything we’ve tried has been consistently fantastic. If you’re planning to visit, make a reservation—it’s a popular spot for a reason! We’ll definitely be back.
