    Very disappointed food subpar not a lot of flavor and steak overdone. Extremely loud crowd and lots of profanity.

    I can see why there was such an amount of people inside and a few outside in 35 degree weather waiting to dine here,but we made our reservations like always with open table and git there and had our table ready within minutes,thanks

    Server was very good, we go frequently but feel the experience is getting worse from a high level. So many options in the seaport and it was not as good as others.

    First of all the receptionist was so rude , i already have an reservation!!! The resturant was almost empty She decided to let us wait for 15 mins and she give us the last table in the restaurant!!! They told us that they will give us a bread basket and its a compliment, but we didn’t get any !!!! To be honest the only thing that i like about this restaurant, the waiter that she help us that’s it ! Will never come back again !

    Our server was excellent and he should be working at a better establishment. Ocean Prime lacks the easy sophisticated upscale vibe and it is noticeable the moment you cross into the restaurant. It is just not a special place; it was not managed well from the moment we entered and waited at the front desk. Food was overpriced and only adequate; the experience was underwhelming.

    Ocean Prime is always excellent. The food is delicious, it’s so comfortable and the service is outstanding. Tonight Derek was our server and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Tonight we had the sea bass and it was presented and cooked so perfectly, absolutely delicious!
