The restaurant is beautiful, the food was good, but the service was a bit slow- waiting several minutes between courses and having to ask for complimentary items a couple times. There was also noticeable human hair on our linen when the napkin was put in front of us. We have been to Ocean Prime before and never had an issue with service so, hopefully, this was an anomaly.

The food was really good. They should have something special if you celebrate your birthday there though. A cake or dessert, something.

A great evening on my wife’s BD. She had the crab cake and sea bass. I had the lobster bisque and 14oz NY Strip. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server Jeff was the best. He was informative and attentive. He made the evening even better. Thank you Jeff and Ocean Prime for making this a memorable experience.

We celebrated two milestone events: Our 20th Anniversary and one of us just retired. The food was excellent. Our server, Matt, was superb! Since we’ve been to Ocean Prime several times, we know it to be consistently wonderful. 🏆

Had an excellent dinner at the bar at Ocean Prime. The wedge salad was fresh and loaded with flavor, and the lobster bisque was exactly what you’d want. The 8-ounce filet, cooked medium, was perfect—tender, great flavor. The fries were crisp and hit the spot. Great vibe, excellent service, and top-tier food. I’ll definitely be back!

This was not our first time here; he hasn’t disappointed us. We love the sushi (the dynamite roll, specifically). This time we ate on the enclosed terrace and enjoyed the atmosphere! Our waiter was so attentive and that was greatly appreciated.
