Great food as always! Ribeye cooked to perfection! Glazed salmon was perfectly cooked! The one thing you don’t want to miss out on is the jalapeño au gratin potatoes…my my my!!!

We always enjoy going to OceanPrime. The food and service are always exquisite and the atmosphere is very nice. We will be back soon when we don't have a show or game to attend and can spend a leisurely time with friends over a great meal.

Wasn’t as good as I remember from ~4 years ago. The oysters were good, but everything else was just okay. Even the Warm Butter Cake dessert was tough and “packy”. Service was friendly but pacing was quite slow. We were not on a timeline but not taking an entree order until appetizer was finished and plates cleared made for a lot of “sit time”. That happened with dessert as well. The aspect I disliked most is that we were at a table in the back of the dining room and sat facing a bar now used for folding napkins and where staff stop to check their phones. We should have gotten up and moved to the other side of the 4 top. The whole experience felt like being at a Chili’s before they turned things around. Considering meal plus tip was over $300 for 2 people, I expected amazing food and a top notch experience.

Kirian (misspelled) was awesome! She definitely deserves the prize/praise for best server. Beautiful, friendly & professional. Definitely asking for her to serve us again.

I booked this reservation way in advance to let them know that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday. This was my third visit to Ocean Prime and what a disappointment. I also reminded the front greeters that it was my wife’s birthday. Long story short, it took about 15 minutes or so for our waiter to greet us, she said she would be right back, that was another 10 mins or so. I guess celebrating a special event at this establishment is not on their radar. In other words, THEY DO CARE!!
