    Great food and service 👌 valet should accept debit although they did accept cashapp payment overall I'll be back

    We had an awesome waiter Grant who went above and beyond to help make our dinner one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Food and atmosphere was fabulous! It was our first visit but will not be our last for sure.

    Understandably Valentine’s Day was busy. Incredibly busy. Reservation at 8:45 pm and wasn’t seated until 9:30 pm. A small family with 2 small children complained/made a scene about their 13 minute wait and was seated immediately. Poor management decision. Very little was done to remediate a very packed front lobby. I would not expect this level of service from an establishment such as Ocean Prime, even on a day with such volume. Our server JC was fantastic and incredibly attentive, which was one of the highlights of the night. The food and drinks were great.

    It was Valentine’s Day and we had a 645pm reservation which we arrived for on time . Probably 20 people at least waiting for tables . After about 15 minutes I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told that there was 3 tables ahead of us . She mentioned they had a high top table in bar and thankfully we took that . Once we were seated things went better . Food good and service pretty good !

    Food and service were excellent per usual. They were very busy on Valentines Day but service was still great and timely.

    Wonderful experience for it to be our first time dining here. Our waiter Teal was amazing, she gave dinner options and was able to explain all our questions, she was very informed . We will be back. Thank you Teal for making our Valentine’s Day special.

    A Thursday night rsvp for 8:30. Had to wait til 8:40 to be seated. The dining and bar seating areas were not full. The wait wasn’t anticipated or explained. Nice ambience, good wait staff. Was expecting better food quality. The lobster bisque was fair, not spectacular. The grouper was rubbery and seasoned with cumin which wasn’t pleasant. Scraped the seasoning off. I’m not one to complain, I just don’t return.
