                                              What a wonderful dining experience. First of all the restaurant is really nice. The ambiance, decor and lighting is a perfect mood for a romantic dinner. As soon as we were seated the dining experience was excellent. The server explained the menu and specials, he took our drink order and was very attentive. We started with a charcuterie board which was presented nicely. For our entrees I had the solomillo which was cooked at a perfect medium rare temperature, served with a medley of veggies. The beef was so tender and flavorful. My girlfriend ordered three ox tail croquettes which she really enjoyed. Overall the dining experience was phenomenal.

                                              My husband and I had an amazing experience at Olea. We were there for a special occasion and it truly was the perfect spot. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience.

                                              Olea is the best restaurant in New Haven and has been so for years. The staff is attentive without hovering over the table, knowledgeable about the menu and nice. The food is always delicious and the portions are just the right size. The wine list is excellent and a good value.
