                                                                              Completely understaffed. Took an hour to get a drink. Food was overpriced and under seasoned and could not even get salt and pepper or water refill because the wait staff was so busy. No music or anything to enhance atmosphere and room was very echo-y.

                                                                              Service was extremely slow and poor. Food was poor. Fish was rancid and not edible. Have been going to Olio for years…has gone downhill in a huge way.

                                                                              Poor service. Reservation@ 7:30. Did not get bread until 8:30 after multiple requests. Food did not arrive until 8:45, overcooked and cold.

                                                                              The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Very lively and fun! However, our reservation was at 6:30 PM and while we were seated promptly, our entree arrived at 8:50PM. The appetizers were excellent, but slow in coming. It even took 1/2 hour for our drinks to be served. It was not the fault of our server. It appeared to be delays in the bar and from the kitchen due to a very full house, but they should be prepared for that.

                                                                              Service was very poor. Food was not hot. Food was OK. Would not go back. Parking is at a lot for $25 for 1st 2 hours. Drive a few blocks to a Public meter (green sign).
