ONE53 is a ninety-nine seat cozy neighborhood restaurant & bar serving New American / Euro Bistro cuisine in a relaxed setting. We combine local hospitality with traditional & contemporary dishes.

Our menu features seasonally changing specials using only the best and freshest seasonal ingredients.

ONE53 features wines from the U.S. and Europe along with a full bar that offers a variety of traditional and specialty hand-crafted cocktails. We're located in Rocky Hill, just minutes from Princeton, NJ.

We've received glowing reviews from The New York Times, The Star Ledger, The Times of Trenton, and NJ Monthly. ONE53 was named 2019's Favorite Restaurant and Favorite Bar by Princeton's premier newspaper Town Topics.

One53 is our go-to for any occasion, whether it's a special dinner or just a last-minute night out. From the wonderful, warm service to the EXCELLENT handcrafted cocktails to the absolutely delicious dinner (apps to dessert, every time), we are never disappointed and always leave happy ... and planning our next night out at One53. Couldn't recommend this restaurant more!

Food and service were excellent. We had a special calamari appetizer which was beautifully presented and very tasty. The only thing that could be improved here is to put in some noise reduction panels, or soft furnishings. It gets really loud and for those of us over 50, it's hard to hear the conversation at our table.

The whole experience was amazing. Had the grilled pork chop blackened and it was the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Probably better then 85% of the steaks I have had in my life. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We ate downstairs which is not as loud as the main dining area. It’s a wine cellar with its own unique ambience if that’s what you’re looking for. Our waiter was excellent, giving us his suggestions, which matched our tastes well. Food was great! Looking forward to next time here.

Amazing. Creative drinks (lavender mar tea ni), yummy apps( cheese board & apple walnut salad) and steak and blank ink pasta. 2 apps 2 entrees = 3 people : perfect.

Food is good. Service really good. Tables too close to one another. Prices have gone up drastically. Most specials were in the range of $50-$78, which is really high for what you get.
