Pao boldly reflects celebrated chef Paul Qui’s renowned brand of modern Asian cuisine drawing from his background and range of international styles, including Filipino, Spanish, Japanese, and French. Signature items include crudo specialties, original rice dishes and fresh fish and meats seared table-side over Japanese binchotan charcoal.

Pao’s beverage program will include an extensive list of wines from old and new world regions, an international liquor selection, innovative cocktails from an impressive team of mixologists and playful non-alcoholic libations.

Got sat outside and was blown around with the wind Not one dish jumped out as delicios. The food was meh at best and the experience was equally forgettable. Event decor was extremely cheap and tacky and catered towards only fans influencers. For the cost - at least one thing should be excellent - food, ambiance, experience. None were. Wait staff and team were great. Not their fault that the experience was forgettable.

Phenomenal Valentine’s Day experience. Thank you to the whole team - from the hosts to the runners, and especially our server Jed and the chef for making this a memorable holiday dining experience. The menu was divine. Plus beautiful florals + live music!

Pao is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Miami and in my top 5 globally! The experience, the food, the service, ambiance and vibe are first class ALL THE WAY!!! Crisitan, the GM and Jedd, their top server are legendary. Richie, their Bartender is world-class!!!

Horrible service, I asked to switch waiters they wouldn't let me and then they charged me 20% gratuity off of a tax and alcohol number

Favourite in Miami Beach. It transports you elsewhere. The food is unbelievable good and different from any other restaurant out there. Impeccable service, too. A must!

Service was terrific and the food was delicious all around. Went to the see the Carmen show just after which made for a fantastic night. Look forward to coming back

Was very surprised to see how small the entrées were. The appetizers were actually the same size or larger portions. I would not recommend going there if you were hungry. The vibe and ambience was pretty good though. The service was very good as well.
