For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken. So whether it's bruschetta, cioppino, pizza, or spaghetti and meatballs, Paul thanks each of you for choosing to dine here.

    We had a wonderful experience with another couple at Paolo's! Our server was charming, thorough, and efficient. All four of us loved our meal and we really appreciated that they offer full and smaller portion sizes for most of their entrees. Looking forward to our next outing at Paolo's!

    this is a great place for a group to share lunch. Individual tabs are just fine. reservation gives Paolos the opportunity to select a spot and set the table for us and we come in welcomed to "our table"

    I took a friend of mine for lunch today. She had a house salad and Cioppino and I had scallop/Dungeness crab with creamy tomato sauce angels' hair. As alway, both dishes were very delicious. Will definitely go back in the near future again.

    As always the food was excellent. So was the service and selection of wine. We felt that the price has gone up more than other competitors in the area.

    We did the early dinner and got 4 courses for $39.99. The portion sizes were lighter, but still plenty for the two of us. Would definitely go back!

    Went to celebrate my boo’s birthday. We each had a glass of wine, table bread with warm oil and balsamic. We each had salads, then he had a salmon fettuccine special and I had ravioli. Dessert was on the house for the birthday boy and we very quietly sang him Happy Birthday. It was yummy, as always.

    All their food is so good, and they have the best chefs, and the waitresses are so attentive and friendly and very professional, and my family enjoy their meals, and we will continue to eat there and also bring our friends and relatives just like l did today and he was amazed with the food.

    We had a delightful early dinner special with the tomato soup that was heavenly. The staff was very attentive.
