   Our waiter tried hard but just wasn’t up to par. The worst was when he brought over boxes for takeout and then proceeded to dump the food in front of us into a box. It was not appropriate or appetizing. We can prepare our own take away if that’s the protocol. Then he proceeded to stack all the dirty plates with a lot of noise and piled them so high. PLEASE instruct your waitstaff not to stack plates!!!! It is so gauche and improper.

   Our wait person was great.. Unusual for an Italian restaurant to run out of olive oil or their eggplant dish. The reward system is very good was able to actually use an $80 reward . Good food & good value!

   My experience was great and the food was fantastic. The two meals that we chose were perfect and I would recommend this restaurant anytime. The manager Miss Brenda was on top of her job and very pleasant.

   Papa Razzi is a lovely restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is excellent, as is the food. We didn’t feel rushed at all and we totally enjoyed our dinner at Papa Razzi.

   Reservation was honored and we were seated promptly despite arriving early. Food was delicious and Courtlyn provided great service. Manager came by to make sure all was well. Always a top notch experience at Papa Razzi.
