Wonderful as always. This time, we took our boys who have food allergies. They were so so great about this, making sure their food was safe and never making us feel like it was a bother (we have had several hit or miss experiences at other establishments!). Knowledgeable and professional server and so kind! Manager came to our table to confirm the allergies after speaking with the chef. Just fantastic. Food was excellent as usual!

Absolutely loved the pure steakhouse feel. We just enjoyed a great meal . My compliments to the chefs, they put in a lot of talent and dedication. Very yummy date night.

Celebrated our 8th anniversary at Pappas Bros Steakhouse. The staff and manager were fantastic. Food was out of this world! Joyce took time to explain the options, showed us different cuts of meat and gave us suggestions. We had the Prime Ribeye (18oz), skillet potatoes and chocolate cake to finish. Every bite was delicious! Joyce even brought us a special dish (on the house) - sautéed jalapeños. I can’t even begin to describe how good this was paired with the potatoes. For drinks, we had red wine (glass), Moscow mule, Long Island, and a lychee martini. First time in Houston, first time at Pappas Bros. Will do it all over again the next time we’re in town.

They always treat us with amazing personalized quality service. The food is outstanding!! It’s our perfect date night and celebration restaurant.

As always the food @ PSH was exceptional. The steaks were perfect as were the appetizers & sides. Granted is was a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy. Kitchen must've been backed up. The service was average and NOT the typical PSH high quality and attentiveness. Took awhile to get our order started, get two drinks and such. While it wont deter us from returning, perhaps some more training would help.
