Owned by brothers John-Thomas and Christopher Scott, Parker's on Ponce is Decatur's first independently owned steakhouse. The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker. The whole family is often seen at the restaurant - it is not a business to them, but a home - and they treat guests of the restaurant as family as well.

Although we were dining late, Caroline was just as bubbly and friendly like w were her first customers for the day! It was my husband's birthday and receiving a dessert gift from you was the "icing" on the cake. Parker's atmosphere is the best!

                                                                                                        The tables near the bar were cold and drafty - no offer to move to warmer tables when we commented on room temperature discomfort Service generally ok- often the food and drinks delivered to wrong person- too much cross reaching by back waite, needs reminding how to set and pull service items The goat cheese begnients (sp) were very good 1 steak of 3 needed a tad more cooking - in spite of request to butterfly the filet Dessert for Birthday girl was a nice touch We’ve been here same date last 5 years- may be time to try something new

                                                                                                        Parker's is by far my family's favorite steakhouse in the Atlanta Area. Service is always impecible and prices are incredibly reasonable. It is the absolute best place for birthdays and celebrations, with a hand written card uppon arrival, they never skimp on making you feel special!
