Welcome to Pascal's On Ponce, Contemporary French Cuisine featuring local ingredients, prepared fresh when ordered and using the classical French Cooking Techniques in Coral Gables FL, since 2000.

Award-winning Pascal’s on Ponce, the 55-seat, upscale, yet unpretentious French restaurant in Coral Gables has wowed critics and diners for years by virtue of its delicious fare, impeccable service and charming atmosphere. The restaurant’s success is owned by critically acclaimed chef/owner Pascal Oudin, who insists on creating an elegant French dining experience without the fussiness and reminiscent of a classic Parisian bistro. The restaurant boasts sublime contemporary French cuisine, featuring local ingredients and utilizing the classical French techniques.

This is my forever favorite restaurant. Chef Pascal recently sold it & we were skeptical. The food remains great. Chef Danny follows in the steps of Chef Pascal & continues to deliver quality dishes, especially the cheese souffle & filet mignon. However, many touches were missing. The walls were stripped of the artwork & the place feels bare. There were no fresh flowers on the tables; flowers they were replaced with generic touch lamps. The amuse bouche is no longer given & they ration the bread. You receive one piece of bread per person, which although delicious, was not enough. Of course, you can ask for more, but where is the breadbasket? Chef pascal would always prepare an off-menu pasta for our son what was so divine. It was simple buttered noodles with cheese, but it was so decadent. Unfortunately, this time it was tasteless. A huge draw of this restaurants were always the souffles. Now, the only souffle available is the Grand Marnier; chocolate & pistachio souffles are longer offered). Lastly, Pascal would always send petits fours gifted with dessert. Those are gone, too. These might seem like small details, but they were what made Pascal's on Ponce extraordinary. The food continues to be good & the service was fantastic, but the essence has changed. I hope the new owner realizes that these were the touches that drew faithful clients to Pascal's for years. Overall, excellent dining experience with delicious food & good service. We will continue to go but hope some of those fancy touches return because it made the place more special.

The quality of the food is incredible and the dishes are very well made. One of the best restaurants in Miami in my opinion.

Our food was excellent! Starting with the Beet salad, the wild salmon, the lamb chops were delicious too! Our service was also excellent !

Awesome experience. Went there for New Year’s Eve and had the 5 course tasting menu. The food and the service was great. This is a very consistent restaurant

Went to Pascal’s on Ponce on New Year’s Eve. We were a large party. The service was great and the food as always did not disappoint. Loved that we weren’t rushed and weren’t forced to order from a prix fixe menu though they had it available. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was beautiful full of gold and black balloons for the new years eve festivities. We ate a la carte, our dinner was beautiful prepared and delicious. Our server Ron was excellent, on time , elegant and very pleasant.

Food was great and service even better. Very good experience. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Coral Gables. Definitely will go back.

Food was amazing. I eat out all the time at the top Miami restaurants. In my opinion day in and day out, Chef Pascal is easily in the top 5 best chefs in Miami. The consistency of his food quality, presentation, and taste is unequaled.
