I brought my husband here for his 32nd birthday and from start to finish this place didn't disappoint. This was my first time dining out Indian food and I was highly impressed. The man greeted me at the door with a smile and ready for my reservation. The server we had was very outgoing and helpful with my dietary restrictions. The food was perfection. We ended the evening with mango ice cream with "happy birthday" on the plate design. We definitely found out new spot!

This was our first experience a Mauryas - they opened 7 months ago, but we hadn't heard about it. The staff went above and beyond to set up a table for us to be in the main dining room, provided extras that were not on the bill like preappetizers , prosecco and a birthday dessert. The food was incredibly good - we ordered off the Elevated Indian menu. They are able to accomodate parties of two, five, or up to 12-15! They also have an upstairs private dining/reception area, and a second dining roo which could be private or not. The service was overall exceptional. It is a short drive from Princeton center to the Forrestal Village where Mauyas is located - and parking is easy and free!

This place was amazing! It really exceeded my expectation. I was hoping the food was just as good as it showed on social media, but it was even better than that. The service was also very good! It felt like a very romantic dinner because the ambience was great as well. I cannot wait to be back. The hour and a half drive was worth it!

Found this restaurant on Open Table and wanted to take a nice ride to enjoy a beautiful day. So we booked a table for lunch. The restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was very welcoming. The service was excellent as was the food. It was a very enjoyable visit. We will definitely be going again, even though it’s an hour and a half ride from our house. It was worth it.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. A lot of the interior decorations was left over from the previous restaurant (Palace of Asia). All in all, a very enjoyable dinner.
