Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Exceptional service from Hilda (we sat at the bar) and the lady who brought us food and all the sauces, unfortunately didn't get her name, but she also went above and beyond. Made my birthday lunch and experience.

Sammy is a phenomenal server. One of us has an allergy to a specific type of ingredient and she made sure that the kitchen was on top of managing that. Details details! The casual ambience is very relaxed, music energetic but not too loud. Food was inventive and very well executed. Nicely done!

Mary our server was great! There were four of us and we were all pleased with everything we ordered. The restaurant was not very busy but the cooks were very spot on with quick and tasty food.
