Bandido is a space focused on wood-fired cooking, quality bread and coffee, and one of the personal tastes of its chef, Fabián Acuña, music.This concept has a high-fidelity vinyl bar where the selection is sometimes curated by the chef himself and other times by guest selectors. These selectors are carefully selected by a booker dedicated to ensuring that the atmosphere is always right for all diners.Returning to the food, Bandido offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. All of them come out of the wood that aromatizes and gives us a cozy feeling when we enter.
