At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. We always love it here, the updates were great! The live music was nice but dinner was at 7:00 and the music was sooooooo loud we were shouting at each other. Lower volume would have been much nicer and then turn it up after the dinner crowd.

Appetizer brussels sprouts were outstanding as well as the entrée diver, scallops over corn risotto, and some chorizo sausage was just enough sausage to complement the entrée. It was overwhelming. It was delicious. The Smashburger and homemade tomato bisque was outstanding. The dream martini the margarita excellent excellent. But of course it couldn’t have been as perfect as our wonderful, waitress Ashlee. she was seasoned knowledgeable and professional. She made our night perfect. We sat inside. The seats were comfortable. The ambience was outstanding. I would recommend this very very highly. If it wasn’t as windy we would’ve sat outside. It was a very delightful experience. We will come back again
