Staff friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. There was a beautiful Asian woman who I believe is the manager—she’s outstanding! Our server was a beautiful Latina who was elegant, professional, and attentive. As a black woman, I felt very welcome and appreciated the female and multicultural representation. I will be back🤓

The atmosphere was lovely and afternoon tea delightful. Service was beyond excellent. Kaitlin was fantabulous!!! Thank you so much! Will definitely return to the exquisite London!!

Great food, tea and ambience! My sister and I very much enjoyed our tea time! It’s was a nice little getaway away from all the hustle and bustle of LA life. Located conveniently in the city, there was plenty of parking. We loved it and will be back soon.
