Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of '09, Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. Parker's strives to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. In addition, Parker's has an extensive wine and beer list as well as a full bar.Here at Parker's, we believe in the total experience and each detail that goes into the experience. Please understand that the typical time to dine a full meal with us is around two hours and sometimes longer. When making a dinner reservation, please consider that timing if you have to enjoy another obligation afterwards.

Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. As owners of R Wine Bar, Riccardo and Marybeth are passionate about one thing: people. They believe that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. With a curated wine list, local craft beer on tap, and beautifully executed menu, Riccardo and Marybeth are thrilled to bring R Wine Bar & Kitchen to the East Bank of Downtown Sioux Falls along with their General Manager, Jane Allen, Assistant Manager Bailey Bernal, Sous Chef Caleb Carr, Sous Chef Esteban Gonzalez, and Culinary Director Adam Schumacher.

We are a locally owned business and are sister businesses with Sioux Falls' beloved Parker's Bistro. DaDa is located near Falls park and the Levitt Bandshell, we have a beautiful covered patio that feature functional original garage doors into the dining room. This creates a truly intimate indoor/outdoor feeling. Join us for thoughtful cuisine and expertly-crafted cocktails (full bar). We often welcome LIVE MUSIC into our space and you can source all of our events by clicking the link provided.
