Built in in late 1800's Rose Villa was established as a boutique hotel and bed and breakfast in 1901.The Gazebo is open for cocktails, lunch and dinner during the temperate months. With a relaxing fountain and abundant florals, the Gazebo and back porch seating is a great place to enjoy the Rose Villa. Dogs Welcome! Upstairs is the Southern Speakeasy, "Whiskey at the Rose" and is making quite a stir among Bourbon aficionados with an array of high end Bourbons. Chef Sylvia has also gotten in on the action offering small plate appetizers and food tastings designed around whiskey and Bourbon during special events.

    Dinner at Rose Villa is always a treat - tasty from the biscuits to start and every course that follows. Monday nights are great for fried chicken especially if you have a voracious appetite - however one plate is filling enough! And Conner is one of our all time favorites - he makes a great de Palma Passion and gives great insight to the menu and surrounding area.

    The food and service was wonderful! My filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned, cut so easily and basically melted in your mouth. We also loved the bananas foster dessert and can’t wait to come back to try more things!

    I eat at 35 Bistro and Wine Bar regularly. This evening, I shared the Burrata Mediterranea as an appetizer and we both ordered the seared scallops (which came with roasted potatoes and asparagus) as the meal. For dessert, my guest had a homemade chocolate mousse and I had pistachio gelato. Everything was delicious as always. The ambiance, service and food were all wonderful.
