Its nice & good ambience. Those walho want to stay away from sound, it will be difficult as the tv screens will be showing matches & sound in background. Food was good & not much for vegeterian considering no meat in those. its best for non-veggie & if you are interested in drink this this suits well. I took a lemonade with lavender in it, loved it could feel full of lavender in it. Price is worth it & only part is that 20% of tips is marked by them, which makes me more uncomfortable, rest all its worth it one time

Batter Up Bistro is one of my favorite spots in Lansing! The entire staff is always incredibly friendly, which I think comes from their wonderful owner. She clearly takes pride in what she does and genuinely loves hosting, creating a warm and welcoming culture. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond by giving me a card and cake—it was such a thoughtful touch. The food is consistently delicious, with excellent gluten-free and vegan options. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for great food and an amazing atmosphere!

Amazing food as always. We were sat by the door when there was no one in the restaurant and asked to move because it was a special occasion…and we wanted to spend time with the people we were dining with…instead they put us in the middle of the room. The restaurant was empty. It would have been nice to not be under the spotlight. The food was delicious!! The service was good not great. The server didn’t seem to know the menu very well or the types of booze they offered. The salad came after the entrees but otherwise it was great!

Service wasn’t great and food was just mediocre. Probably won’t go back anytime soon.
