Brunch is available in the restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays, and breakfast is provided for hotel guests daily. Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. Large 3-sided fireplace in the center of the dining room warms the cold days, while the beautiful patio with a 3-tiered fountain, overhead electric heating, a beautiful mature flowering cherry tree in the middle and Merlot Grapes growing on the trellises provide a garden-like outdoor dining experience seasonally.The dining room is bright and airy with many windows facing the east and west, and bar and lounge area provide a comfortable space for drinks, appetizers and conversations.Girardi's signature dish, Fred's Salmon, a gently smoked and perfectly prepared Salmon served with wild mushroom risotto and roasted asparagus is served Thursdays through Sundays and not to be missed.
