Located on the shores of Ludlow Bay and overflowing with Pacific Northwest warmth, The Fireside Restaurant is an ideal setting for farm-to-table, locally-sourced food. The dinner menu changes daily to reflect the best our region has to offer with local, in-season ingredients. The Fireside is open for lunch and dinner and provides a happy hour daily. Brunch is available in the restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays, and breakfast is provided for hotel guests daily. The Fireside has garnered recognition for its wine program, winning the Wine Spectator ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ every year since 2011, as well being highlighted by the Washington State Wine Commission, Touring & Tasting Pacific Northwest Magazine, TripAdvisor, and it has been a Grand Award winner at the Washington State Wine Awards.

Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. Large 3-sided fireplace in the center of the dining room warms the cold days, while the beautiful patio with a 3-tiered fountain, overhead electric heating, a beautiful mature flowering cherry tree in the middle and Merlot Grapes growing on the trellises provide a garden-like outdoor dining experience seasonally.The dining room is bright and airy with many windows facing the east and west, and bar and lounge area provide a comfortable space for drinks, appetizers and conversations.Girardi's signature dish, Fred's Salmon, a gently smoked and perfectly prepared Salmon served with wild mushroom risotto and roasted asparagus is served Thursdays through Sundays and not to be missed.

    We had a wonderful experience last night having dinner at Fire & The Feast to celebrate my husband's birthday! The maitre d' was fantastic and gracious, not just with us but with every guest he sat and spoke to—he was genuinely appreciative of their coming in. He sat us at a great table, knowing it was a birthday celebration. Dinner was so delicious and hot when it arrived at our table - the food - not the plate - which is always impressive. Our reservation was at 5PM, and by 6PM, it was bustling for a Monday night, so the noise level changed dramatically by the time we left at 6:30PM. We will be back. Our thanks to the entire team!

    Our server knew about all of the dishes, what came with the main course. There was also a special that was excellent. The chef always make the meals look delicious and well presented

    The service was awesome. Great help with the wine, had a beautiful glass of Italian white. Split a Caesar salad and it was delicious. My wife had the Gorgonzola gnocchi which was good, a little rich though. I had the carbonara with the shrimp. Not a lot of flavor, even with the bacon.
