We just moved to our new beach location as La Tapa Plage in March of 2022, still featuring the same interesting ever changing menu including fresh local seafood, organic greens & herbs form Coral Bay, flavors with a touch of Spain & France (Basque Country), Germany and Caribbean. Our goal is to make you feel welcome, cozy and inspired by our great wines, delicious food, good service in a beautiful atmosphere. ---Open for dinner service at 5PM Friday through Wednesday. For parties larger than 6, please call the restauarant at 340-693-7755.---We will be open for Thanksgiving, but closed on Christmas Day.---December 24th through January 1st our menu will be adjusted to a Prix Fixe menu. Price TBD.---**We do not have high chairs or booster seats. If you need either, we do have bench seating in the dining area that work's best for small children. We went to have an anniversary dinner. The steaks were made exactly as requested and were very tender. The additional sauces, a spicy chimichurri & Cabernet balsamic reduction, were excellent pairings plus the side of Brussels sprouts were what completed the meal. Definitely a place we would go back to.

Food and service was excellent. They have valet parking which is very convenient given limited places to park in Cruz Bay. The ambiance is amazing with great sunset and bay views. Tables are nicely spaced for quiet conversations. Food was great. I had the Snapper over mushroom rice- excellent. The NY Strip was done perfectly and was tasty. Didn’t do desert but hear good things. Dinner did take 2.5 hours which is good for island time. Never felt rushed and waitress did a great job periodically checking and offering up suggestions Overall a top pick for St John.
