The Derby is more than a restaurant. Established in 1922, it has been family owned and operated since 1951. It is a grand museum showcasing some of horse racing’s greatest moments. Must haves: oyster, hamachi crudo and octopus. Our main dish was Japanese wagyu not on the menu; pretty good but cost $$$$$ as predicted. I would order the appetizers again. Service was so good too.
