For first time, it was a great experience. Soufflé was particularly outstanding. Egg Benedict and lobster omelette were great as well.

The food was delicious and the service was fast and perfect. I had the lobster fondue salmon, which is salmon covered in lobster-cheese sauce and topped with grilled tomatoes. It was truly amazing, and you should eat it when you visit. The menu is a little expensive, but it is better food than the average restaurant, a nice once-in-a-while treat. We were seated near the kitchen and it was loud—not Applebee's loud by any means, but pretty loud for an upscale place. There were very few TVs to distract from the experience, and I appreciated that. Overall, we enjoyed a lovely Valentine's dinner at Firebirds, and I would love to return.

I would go back again. Everything was wonderful, the pesto sauce was a little runny and didn’t have much flavor, but maybe that was because they were overbooked on Valentine’s Day. I’m going to go again to see if it’s different on a regular dinner night. I definitely like the staff. 

Our second time here, and it was just as amazing as the first time. First and most important, the food is amazing. I love Greek/Mediterranean food, and this is literally just as good as when I was in Santorini. Fresh, Very flavorful, expertly prepared. Service is very friendly and prompt. It's a lovely, simple place, clean and welcoming. Of special note, get the fried cheese (Saganaki), and the grilled Octopus is fantastic. The lamb chops are amazing. Seriously, just get everything 😁

We had a party of six and we dined on a Tuesday night so it was definitely a low-key night where the restaurant was mainly empty so that reflects the ambience rating and the noise level rating… The appetizers were quite good. The entrées were questionable and the hamburger was very bad… The dessert in the service were excellent. Try the Dubai chocolate and the hostess was gracious enough to give my son a complementary birthday cake.
