The timing of each course was perfect, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I would only suggest making sure that drinks hit the table before food. Timing is key, so maybe placing the order for drinks 3 mins before the apps will help. And oh, the food! Every single tapa we ordered was a done really well. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant, and the flavors were expertly balanced. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Only our rib pasta needed some salt, which is easy to fix. And to finish, the Flourless Dubai Chocolate Cake with Knafe and Pistachio Cream was absolutely delightful!
