We were here for a birthday and our Server, Michael was very accommodating and attentive. We took advantage of the special and it was well worth the price. The food was delicious and we were completely satisfied. The cheesecake was to die for.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience, with excellent service from Katie. The Mixed Tempura appetizer was wonderful, with nice pieces of calamari and shrimp. My Wife loved the Pumpkin Tom Kha soup, which is available with the pumpkin flavor only a limited time. I devoured the Crab Bisque, which is absolutely legendary. The Kang Ped with shrimp has become my favorite main dish. It's absolutely divine. Merlion is more than just a great Thai restaurant; it has a special vibe and atmosphere that exemplify the very best of what Seabrook, TX has to offer. We have been dining here for years, and the staff here have become like family to us. Don't forget to try a wine from their extensive wine list. They have a large selection of wines to suit almost any palate.

Stephanie took good care of us! She understood my customer and I had items we needed to discuss and took care of us accordingly. She is a great server!
