One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     The food was outstanding. Everything was well-cooked, flavored and seasoned to perfection (from the grilled octopus to the fried calamari.) The variety of the menu is eye-popping. Also, their in-store bakery is to die for. Well worth the trip.

    We were here years ago, so came back to try it again. It's better. Decor was updated and elegant. Service was very good. When we arrived for our Thursday night, 5:30 reservation, only one other table was seated. By the time we left at 7:30, every table was filled. Very good for a Thursday night. Only problem was parking. There is very limited parking in the back because other properties on the block are apartments and park there also. Food was delicious. We were a group of 4, each ordered something different, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will definitely be back.

    Excellent homemade Greek food. Took my Mom today for lunch and we loved every dish. Definitely going back again soon. I don’t typically write restaurant reviews, however, this dining experience exceeded our expectations so I wanted to share. Well done!!
