Kinaara is Chef Ashish Sathyan's scratch Indian restaurant. We specialize in dishes from Kerala but feature from all over the diverse sub-continent. Try our famous Butter Chicken but also add on a dish you probably have never heard of, all of it will be amazing. You will find items that are not on any other menu, such as Grandma's Fish and Mango Curry and beef specials. We are a small casual restaurant that let's the food be the star.

Saffron Urban Indian Kitchen is a concept Chef Diwesh has been dreaming and planning about for over a decade. The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing our students an opportunity to refine their culinary, bakery, service and supervisory skills. In this setting, the element of time is as important as the food and service. Because it is a classroom, the Bistro is only open when classes are in session during each quarter. A standard menu is offered at lunch, and features student specials. Dinner service offers tasting menus and select student-crafted courses.
