The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Awesome time for brunch! Had the Pro Bacon Flight, the monthly pancake special which was Cinnamon Roll, and the Lox Benedict with bacon tots on the side. Everything was delicious!
