Fabulous meal. It was our first time there and we will for sure be back. If you can, request Liam as your server. He’s funny, super knowledgeable, and we were never without drinks. He was the perfect mix of - there when we needed him but not overbearing. 10/10 experience!

We truly love dining at PFChsngs in Gainesville, FL. Located in the heart of Butler Plaza, PFC. has quickly become one of the iconic restaurants of the area. The service is always on point and the food quality always near perfection. In the world of chain restaurants, this one really stands out for us in terms of quality, service and atmosphere. We enjoyed the Red Crane sangria very much although my glass seemed to have a hole in it and somehow the refreshing drink was gone too quickly. My wife enjoyed her dis of chicken w broccoli as I enjoyed the Mongolian beef. We paired each of these w an ample serving of PFC’s brown rice. This is a very nice restaurant that is well run by management and well served by the staff. The food is always consistent and flavorful.

Lovely, upscale atmosphere with a retro vibe. Outstanding service, attentive and friendly but unobtrusive. The food was excellent. We chose the prix fixe menu and the starters and mains were our favorites (snapper and quail). Cocktails were also excellent. We've found our new special dinner place in Gainesville!
