The service is friendly and all the food is created with fresh ingredients and presented with a cutting edge creative flare. Koganei provides catering services that can accommodate up to 130 people and delivery is available to a limited area. The menu features a wide assortment of Japanese dishes, such as bento box, tempura, sushi, noodles and robatayaki. The ambiance is beautiful we loved the vibe and the music. The servers were nice however our drinks were empty a lot of times and we had to track down a server.

Our drinks took a while and came to the table in 3 trip each one with a 2-3 minute wait between. Our meal felt very rushed, the plates for the mains were being set while we were eating our appetizers, a little patience from the server while we were enjoying our food would have been appreciated.

We went during happy hour and the prices were right and the food was fantastic. I had the cod tacos, which were incredible along with a very yummy margarita. It was the perfect place to have a bite to eat before seeing a concert at the Opera House.
