From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Our server, Robert, was exceptional — perfectly attentive without ever being intrusive, and his extensive knowledge of the menu and wine list made our choices easy. He guided us to the perfect red blend to accompany our meal, enhancing the entire dining experience. We started with the crispy calamari and oysters on the half shell, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and impeccably prepared. For my entrée, I chose the crested Aji tuna, which was cooked to perfection, with beautiful flavors and a stunning presentation that looked almost too good to eat. My partner opted for Daniel’s filet mignon, which was prepared exactly as he requested — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. We concluded our meal with Daniel’s Broiler’s signature coconut ice cream, complete with toasted coconut chips and a drizzle of hot fudge. It was simply out of this world. If you haven't experienced it yet, I highly recommend it! A special thanks again to Robert for his fantastic service and to the chefs for delivering an exceptional meal. Every aspect of our evening was perfect — from the food to the ambiance to the flawless service. We will certainly be returning for more memorable nights like this one. Simply fantastic.Più informazioniDaniel's Broiler - Lake UnionPrezzo: molto caro• Bistecca• Lake Union / Eastlake•4,6

We always enjoy going to the French toast bar and oh the giant mountain of whipped cream is amazing. We did ask for an extra plate that never did come, but it was very busy, so I’m sure the waitress just forgot.Più informazioniPortage Bay Cafe - South Lake UnionPrezzo: moderato• Americana nordoccidentale• Lake Union / Eastlake•4,8

It’s become a tradition—no matter how packed our schedules are, we always find time to come back. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality keep us returning again and again. For me, the highlight is always the pork chop—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired with some of the best grits and collard greens I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of meal you think about long after you’ve left, counting down the days until you can have it again. Republic isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a staple of our Seattle visits. If you’re looking for a spot that consistently delivers incredible food and a warm, welcoming experience, this is it. Already looking forward to my next visit!Più informazioniRe:publicPrezzo: moderato• Fusion / Eclettica• Lake Union / Eastlake•4,4

I ordered the Lamb Shank - Wasnt a fan it was pretty gainy Also ordered crab toast - it was different but it was terrible. The best thing we ate was the oven baked oysters.
