Steps from Government Center and the Freedom Trail, an experience at Silver Dove includes a pot of tea and a curated selection of finger foods. The food is a set menu and fixed price consisting of a variety of finger sandwiches, savory canapés, cakes, scones, macarons and other pastries which rotate seasonally.We offer 90 minute reservations for afternoon tea Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are available up to six weeks in advance. We can accommodate parties of up to six guests on weekends, and parties of up to twelve guests Wednesday through Friday.We serve a wide selection of teas and herbal infusions from around the world and of various styles. Less hot and sweet than Thai, richer and more complex than Vietnamese, the complex spice pastes that are the foundation of many Cambodian dishes reflect Cambodia’s Indian ancestry (but use fresh rather than dried spices). Our Cambodian and French selections encompass both traditional and original dishes created by our Chef Nadsa de Monteiro, who was raised in Phnom Penh speaking both Cambodian and French and subsequently lived in France for many years.
