Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. We had a fabulous birthday dinner at the Lotus last night. The great part about it was that we were able to mix having Chinese food, but also had a few sushi rolls. The food was fresh and the staff were so attentive. Can’t wait for the next trip back.

Delicious food, great ambiance, wonderful service! We were a group of 9 and had our own private room. I noticed that even the tables of 2-4 people were arranged in a way that is more private and intimate than restaurants typically are. Highly recommend MoCA!
