Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. The food was delicious, plenty of perfumes, great flavor. My favorite was the crab dish with vermicili and the prawns with glass noodles. It is a must try!

There was a dog in the restaurant by my table while I was eating unfortunately I was too nervous to say anything. Other than that everything was really cool I guess. Thanks Phillipe Chow.

Sushi By Bou is my go-to sushi restaurant in DC! The fish is always fresh, the servers are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's decently priced for the Japan-style Omakase. I would highly recommend it!
