Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, the interior of Nomiya is split between a hickory-accented bar and windowed dining room framed by black granite walls. Guests can pair their meal with one of the eleven premium bottles of sake listed on the menu, such as the unfiltered, cream-colored Yuki Tora Snow Tiger nigori or bright, effervescent Uka Junmai Daiginjo; or opt for a refreshing cocktail made with soju – the national drink of Korea which is commonly distilled from potato. Waitstaff never disappoints. Very friendly and accommodating . The Toro was sublime. Steaks and side were on point.

Delicious food, great ambiance, wonderful service! We were a group of 9 and had our own private room. I noticed that even the tables of 2-4 people were arranged in a way that is more private and intimate than restaurants typically are. Highly recommend MoCA!

Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.
